Revert "remove `Clock: Clone` bound" #246

This reverts commit b11f0583c90ba8862b45cd3153fbb9a7e080afa1, as it's not semver-compatible, and I need to cut a new release in the 0.6 series. Will re-apply for 0.7.0.

This should address #245.
