Deprecated pkg_resources: replaced with importlib in utils.py #69

In my mkdocs-pandoc plugin, I got a warning. Seems I have to blame this package.

@boisgera it would be great to have this change & also to release a 2.4.0 (non beta) version.

:+1: Indeed, Sébastien… it seems that there is now a deprecation warning issued by Python 3.12 about pkg_resources.

Thanks for the patch @yves-chevallier ! I'll try and make a release soon; I'll need to fix the issues with the github actions and update the documentation at the very least first.
