Added password hashing #1

passwords are now saved as bcrypt hashes instead of plain text old plain text passwords are automatically converted to bcrypt hashes at next login (unless they begin with dollar sign) Some measures against timing attacks were taken as well

The core functionality of this request was implemented in version 1.3.2, so I close it. Thanks!
