No toISOString() in the download nor the source #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. search in date.js for "toISOString()"
2. or try to call it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Can't get the ISO date by using this function (it does not exist), will result 
in JS Error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Alpha1, and trunk

Please provide any additional information below.

Function seems to be "toJSONString" which is not documented.
