Added OpenGraph tags #11

I wasn't sure what to put for 'description', so feel free to tweak that if you come up with something better.

@tcmetzger can chime in but I think the description is what appears in the card that is displayed, so in this case I think we'd want a description of Bokeh (and not a description of the page, per se)

Yes, description is the little summary that is displayed under the image and the title. So it should be more about Bokeh itself, I think.
