Branding page v1.0 containing: logos, logo usage, colors, templates and citation.

The gemfile and gemfile.lock files are included (I suppose they shouldn't be but as I'm not sure, I kept them for your evaluation).

@danielavrella I do think the gemfile and and gemfile.lock can be removed. I'm actually not 100% sure as I am not a Jekyll expert but we have never needed them before and it would seem odd that this work would change that.

Last thing: can you post a screen shot of the built doc here?

Tha looks great, thanks @danielavrella ! I only had one small comment about the print/web order in the last row of the inverted logos
