I see our Sponsors page: https://bokeh.org/sponsor/ is out of date. Keeping it in sync with our README is manual work, should we instead just link to GitHub directly?
This PR removes the sponsor pages and directs to GitHub. But if we want to keep the sponsors page to provide value to sponsors, I'm happy to close this and open a new PR updating the page. :)
