Website allows for a `http://bokeh.org` #27

The website should disallow connections to http://bokeh.org and redirect them to https://bokeh.org.

This was an intentional choice, to make the site as widely accessible as possible, given that there are places that block HTTPS traffic. The site is static and has no login and does not collect any credentials or information of any kind. What, specifically, is your concern?
