Add support for document_ready events #114

The new document_ready event does not have an associated model so it's currently erroring. This change allows this event type to work.

@mattpap How hard is it to cut a release?

Assuming you have access to CI password wallet, then there's a semi-automatic (though not fully complete, e.g. versions and tags have to be updated manually) scripts/deploy.sh script to do so. I can push a new version later today.

@mattpap One other change was missing, so glad we waited. This should be ready now.
