Not sure, maybe some transient problem. I've restarted the build

cc @canavandl folks on the Bokeh gitter were reporting issues with 0.35

Edit: build green after a restart.

I can confirm that building and installing this locally works for all test cases. @canavandl what is involved in cutting a release?

At least on jupyterlab_pyviz and as long as you have the credentials a simple npm publish will do it.

0.6.3 should be published now.
