Rails 5 support #153

Reverting commit 431a726d49 that had removed support for Rails 5. It's not necessary to have compatibility with Ruby 2.4.

I just merged #155 thanks for bringing this to my attention.

I don't see why drop support for Rails from 3.1.0 to 4.2.7 unnecessarily. But ok.
