Upgrade to fullcalendar-3.5.0 #85

Very simple upgrade by using assets provided by fullcalendar 3.5.0 (https://github.com/arshaw/fullcalendar/releases/download/v3.5.0/fullcalendar-3.5.0.zip).

Fullcalendar::Rails::VERSION is modified
