Targeted Assets section #11

When the 'Equities' field in the target section is updated, the 'Gold' field is set to the same value. The same problem exists for the 'Bonds' and 'Cash' field.

Targeted Assets, for purposes of "glide path" allocations, are not currently functional. I'm going to relabel this as an enhancement, since it is just part of the core functionality that needs to be finished.
