Publish Geodot binaries as GitHub Action Artifacts #60

Every workflow got an additional step in which the demo directory is uploaded to GitHub. This directory can be downloaded for a fully packaged Geodot build!

Tested on Linux and very likely to work on Windows. Unfinished on Mac (since Mac support is still WIP in general).
