Alter `LayerCompositionManagement` to `GeoLayerManagement` #293

Currently clicking a LayerComposition, in the UI opens a toolbar. When editing or managing LayerCompositions, actually the underlying GeoLayers should be editted. To prevent confusion and making distinction evident, instead of clicking the composition, a GeoLayer should be clicked.
