Setting `Vegetation.plant_extent` during runtime heavily decreases performance (even if value is lowered) #317

With commit 52198b57 it is possible to alter Vegetation.plant_extent during run-time. Even if the value is decreased this results in heavy performance drops.

Can't reproduce on Linux, might be a graphics card or driver specific thing?
