Thanks for the PR but could you please explain the purpose?

Tried cloning/installing/building master again and everything works fine. Likely messed up the install with npm audit and did not properly reinstall after it did not build. There were a few warnings from npm audit but they all have to do with devDeps so likely don't affect the app.
