Adds support for reverse transcribing FeatureData[AlignedRNASequence] to FeatureData[AlignedSequence] in the reverse-transcribe action. In addition:
removed some pseudo-duplicate code (made _read_fasta a single function for DNA, RNA, and theoretically could also handle AA fasta if needed in the future)
added a _rna_to_dna_iterator function to output a DNAIterator object (which has an existing transformer to AlignedDNAFASTAFormat).
