Add more specific help documentation #3

Applies to both README and CLI help message. It would be helpful to have more details e.g. that input accession IDs are space-delimited, etc.

Reopening as a reminder to self, to include more specific details on input parameter restrictions. At the moment, the --help flag outputs parameter options for both get_metadata and pdf_analysis combined; these should be separate as they have (mostly) mutually exclusive input flags.
