Duplicated sections in tutorial #109

The current tutorial has two headers "Other q2-fondue functionalities" with subheaders "Fetching only metadata" & "Fetching only sequencing data". It looks like one of these versions is a duplicate and should be removed.

Hy @adamovanja, thanks for pointing that out. Since it's just removing the duplicated section, could you please remove it in your open PR #99? Thanks!
