unzip tutorial #142

I added mention of using unzip and export to the fondue tutorial, the former so that someone can do this without even having QIIME 2 installed. @adamovanja would you mind reviewing?

It looks like trailing white spaces where automatically removed so I apologize for the mess, you can ignore most lines in this PR 😬 , just skip to line 286.
