Fetch data by StudyID #33

As a plugin user, I want to be able to fetch studies' metadata and sequences not only with their ProjectID but also with a StudyID, such that studies prior to May'11 (when ProjectID was introduced) can also be fetched.

Another argument for adding this is that some studies who have a BioProjectID still only report the StudyID in their publication, e.g. https://doi.org/10.1093/ajcn/nqy249, https://doi.org/10.1038/srep40466
