minor fix cleaning up repeating strings in plugin_setup and ensuring run and BioProject ID are mentioned throughout.

Thanks for that @adamovanja. Before I review would you mind first having a look at #41? I have cleaned up significantly the plugin_setup there which would affect this PR...

sure, I think we can close this PR anyhow as your PR makes this one superfluous
