This is still WIP.

Introduces formats and types required to work with directories of Bowtie2 indices per sample:

added MultiBowtie2IndexDirFmt format for handling of multiple indices per sample
added SampleData[MultiBowtie2Index] type
added tests

Closes #4.

Note to self: rebase after #13 is merged to clean up the diff.
