There is no way to display his full name and we would have to go the json file which is very inconvenient for the user.

Good find, however, we have already covered the issue of not being able to see long texts in our Developer Guide under Planned Enhancements:

According to guidelines given in the CS2103T website, unfortunately we have to reject this bug.
