Generate pass phrases made up of random words with something like -p/--phrase
--exclude could be used to exclude words - would need a decent list of default words to exclude, or find an existing package to help with this
--length would still specify length/max length in characters
--case to specify snake_case/kebab-case/camelCase/PascalCase/lowercase/UPPERCASE/etc
- default would probably be lower

Challenge will be to either find an existing package that:

is self-contained to avoid unnecessary transitive dependencies, AND
does not make network connections/http requests to an api OR, to build a custom solution that meets both of those requirements.
