I would like to know if the domain is permanently closed or is it a transitory phase. We used the software regularly. I would like to know what to do

i purchased a boldbeast premium lifetime license in 2020. about a week ago, my license reverted to free (limited to record only 30 secs of phonecalls). when i tried to restablish my license, i got the message "server is down". also the website boldbeast.com is down. i need a solution please
