Save affi-contigs.tab to shock and include shock id in output html #3

This saves the VIRSorter_affi-contigs.tab to shock and adds the shock ID to the output HTML below the table.

This failed build in my fork but it looks like it might be a KBase SDK issue? I don't know how you have the CI set up so I'm a bit lost on what is going on there.
