bookmarks not loading after restart

let's say you have two projects: A and B

create a bookmark in project A restart sublime bookmark is restored

BUT

create a bookmark in project A goto project B restart sublime switch to project A bookmark is not restored

edit: actually this happens any time you switch a project, it doesn't matter if you restart or not

Which version of sublime text are you using? Also, could you run Upgrade all packages on package control?

I think I fixed it - I just pushed a commit into the ST2 branch. Do tell me if this fixed the bug.
