Default keybindings #22

Hey, it'd be nice to have a default keybindings file so we don't have to figure out command names ourselves to make keybindings.

Also, I wanted to donate, but the only way to do so seems to be with a weekly donation? That's a bit much of a commitment for me, any way to do one time donations?

hmm, keybindings ought to be present - Linux, Windows, Mac OS X.

As for donating, do you use bitcoins? I have a wallet here

Which version of Sublime text are you using? 2 or 3? I'll try and fix the default keybindings (I have my exams going on, so I'm not able to spend time fixing bugs :/ )

Yes, I noticed they were in the repository, but for some reason the file comes up as empty when you install the plugin through package control. I'm using ST3

Same here, the default keybindings file was empty
