Add bookmarks to sidebar #31

Bookmarks for the current project should be listed in the sidebar, along with files. This would make this plugin much more valuable for those who want to see all their bookmarks for a project in one place!

I'd also like to see folders as a follow up. So that I can keep static bookmarks organized and have temporary bookmarks not mingled with them.

Maybe you could have it so that the bookmarks show as a dropdown from the filename?
