Current file setting only shows bookmarks for current file, not project. May need to also update the installation message, but not sure where that is located.

@bollu, I hope that you ever you find the time fixed issue #56. Now SublimeBookmarks have really bad behavior.

For example, if I select bookmark into DogEars package, only file with my first bookmark open for me, not all files, where I have bookmarks.
