Solving location issues in Windows 10 #88

This commit solves issues related to location in Windows 10 that made not visible exam controls to be able to move to next question or previous one.

@alexandrev thanks for the work in this PR. I also run windows 1o, is there a way for us to verify that this does not break compatibility with windows 7 and below
