I think packaginst doesn't know about the repo is exists however documentation v3.2 is referring in chapter extensions/basic/about Check: https://packagist.org/search/?q=bolt%2Fbolt-extension-stencil

FYI I deleted that extension. The docs need to be updated to reflect that, or someone can write a replacement
