Css cleanup #27

Basicly I just moved the custom CSS to an extra file and struggled with some problems. Duo to a weird build process and ignored config files (doesn't matter if I delete everything in them) the custom CSS is not loaded at the end.

I am not that happy but it works for now. I think it is better to mix a pre-compiled version with our custom CSS in the future so we don't have this huge thing with a weird build process in our source.
