This is the first (beta) version of a statistics page for a package.

It covers the visualisation of package downloads, grouped my months. You can select a time range and/or a specific version.

Grouping by days will come later.

The source isn't very clean and I used inline CSS und JS, which will be cleaned up later when it's feature ready. The UI will get a refresh later too.

Let's ship this and look what others say.
