Wallet goes to 'connected card' state after card programming fails #18

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add wallet A
  2. Add a card to wallet A
  3. Add wallet B
  4. Try to add the same card to wallet B
  5. Programming the card fails

expected: Wallet B button shows 'Connect Bolt Card' actual: Wallet B button is 'Bolt Card Details'

There is a similar state change on failing to 'disconnect a card'.
