chore: add macOS/Windows to CI #217

Hopefully this will catch some cross-platform bugs. (Motivation: I'm currently seeing a weird Windows-only error in Electron Forge, for which I'm trying to find less ridiculous repro steps than "install Electron Forge v6 on Windows".)

The Windows tests fail, but the build itself errors out after success, probably due to this Travis bug.
