This issue tracks discussion on the structure and general direction plan on taking for the prototype.

I've started and made some structuring in cb6b012. It's based on the Nimble package manager recommended structure, since I was experimenting with Nim. If you want to work with other languages, like Python thats also okay and it's not too late to make the change.
