We have some conditions for the place we'll be staying at:

  1. Should sleep ~100 people, and have ~30 single rooms for professors.
  2. Dining hall that can cater for common dietary restrictions.
  3. Auditorium / lecture all with projector, mike, speakers etc

Nice to have:

  1. Tea station (amenitea?)
  2. Secluded area for extracurricular activities
