  1. Find a computer literate volunteer to help lecturers operate the computer.
  2. Instead of having each lecturer bring his own machine and spend precious time fiddling with it, we'll ask people to send in their presentations in PDF format in advance, and present them all from the same computer.
  3. Have a backup laptop at the ready
