OSC support #2

need to support OSC, and TCP connects in general [whatever format].

not too difficult but must disable nagle because, latency.

OSC may not have a standard worth implementing for.

If anyone can point me to a standard to implement using OSC, please let me know. It seems to be way too "free form" for a good, standardized mapping to MIDI.
