Swap Positions With Sizes #72

Added option for swapping positions. The frame of both selected elements doesn’t change. This allows to reorder elements with different sizes in an surrounding layout. I.e. table rows with different heights.

Should this feature be a seperate function or replace the swap functionality, since it actually does the same for objects with the same size?
