Workaround for writeBitmapImageToFile #3

Exports elements by copying each of them off-screen, and uses saveArtboardOrSlice instead. This fixes #2.

There's also a change that fixes #1.

Also: when running the command on a file with a single Artboard containing a single layer, I get an infinite loop (see attachment) and Sketch crashes.

I'm not sure if it's a bug in the command's logic, or a problem on the Sketch side. If it's the latter, I can take a look if you want.
