hm, no i think this is a different issue. i have no borders or shadows in the document. i do, however, have a masked image with the mask set to the width of the artboard (640px), but i don't think that's causing this problem.
i have noticed something odd with the position coordinates. lets say the artboard width is 640 and x,y position is 0,0. i have a rectangle that's 640x95 and even though it's lined up to the left edge of the artboard, sketch says it's x coordinate is 10. if i change the x coordinate to 0, it pushes that object off the left of the artboard.
is it possible that this discrepancy with the coordinates is what is causing the content to shift on import to framer?

We cannot reproduce this issue anymore. Assuming fixed in 3.1
