Visibility of child layers #91

When toggling the visibility of the parent group, the images of the child layers should still be exported. Right now, the visibility/opacity is correctly set but the images aren't imported at all.

Still, nothing appears, as empty images are exported.

We'll let this be for now. Not a common issue, easily avoided.
