Fix release workflows failing because of multiple line in changelog #264

The issue was caused by writing multiline output to $GITHUB_OUTPUT which is now correctly handled Also i rebased and force pushed accidentally removing @vishal332008 's pr So now its a part of this commit P.S: sorry ;-;
