Boolean values get set to Number -1 when should be Boolean TRUE #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make some boolean pref
2. check it ON
3. view PLIST in eg: PlistEditPro, see it wrong

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected:  Boolean TRUE
seen: Number -1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest latest

note using the (Boolean negative) works just fine.  my workaround now is to 
negate all my booleans, that sucks.
