Fusion tables upload: marker text needs formatting #274

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Record a track including statistics markers
2. Upload it to fusion tables
3. Go to fusion tables website and open the track
4. Click on the marker

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: it'd show nicely-formatted statistics
Actual: the statistics are a mess

It also happens in the track end marker.

Note that plain text looks better in the table view while html format looks 
better in the map view.

For statistics, the description is formatted in plain text.
However, for the end marker, it is formatted in html so that we can include the 
chart view.
