Fusion Tables upload progress bar skips suddenly #297

The current Fusion Tables uploader reserves almost the entire progress bar for 
the uploading of track data.  This can make it difficult to follow the early 
stages of the upload.  Progress bar updates should be more like the following:

0 - initializing
5 - creating fusion table
10-90 - uploading track data
95 - uploading waypoints
100 done

furthermore, there's too much detail in some of the messages.  they should be 
simplified.
